ALLIUM NOIR is the brand of a young, dynamic company, with a clear commitment to ECOlogical products and with an inalienable vocation for Research, to bring our customers new and unique products that are a Source of Well-being.
Our current pace of life has changed radically. The natural lifestyle has been replaced by unhealthy customs and habits, which affect the well-being of health. These circumstances can cause disorders ranging from digestive and metabolic overload, to the reduction of natural purification mechanisms, cardiorespiratory disorders, allergies and others.
Eating and nutritional habits are very important for two reasons: “because of what you eat and what you don't eat”. ALLIUM NOIR's mission is to provide consumers with the best natural remedies through innovation, excellence and holistic product development.
INVESTIGATION AND DEVELOPMENT
• Team specialized in the research and development of natural remedies.
That research is our reason for being is not a simple motto. We have a constant vocation in the search for new and innovative formulas, through the use of new foods that are a source of health. For this, we have our own laboratory in Toledo, where we develop all our formulas and where a specialized team carries out the company's R&D work. The result of this research is, among others, the Organic Black Garlic Concentrated Fluid Extract.
• Creation of new natural and specific products for each problem.
We have constant feedback, both from our distributors and consumers. We identify needs to respond to and investigate new formulas that complement our Organic Black Garlic Concentrated Fluid Extract. Together with our distributors, we develop launch schedules for new products and put at your service the new patents that are created each year. We are currently developing a range of products that synergistically combine this fluid extract with some plant concentrates, as well as with essential oils and, in our latest research, we have managed to combine it with highly concentrated oily extracts from different microalgae.
• Coordination and cooperation with other research centers and universities.
Black garlic and its effects on health are being studied by various Spanish universities. That is why we have joined forces and launched different lines of work with these entities and through our suppliers. For example, in collaboration with the Technological Campus of the University of Oviedo we are developing products based on oily extracts of microalgae, combined with the fluid extract of black garlic.
The collaborations are not only focused on the study of black garlic. Right now, the R&D department, together with the University of Córdoba and IFAPA, are carrying out a more detailed study on the composition of the black onion that will help us to learn more about the properties of this food, already among our products.
