BENEFICIOS DEL AJO NEGRO

• ANTIOXIDANTES: El ajo negro tiene un nivel muy alto de antioxidantes, diez veces mayor al del ajo común y 2.000 veces mayor poder antioxidante que la vitamina E. Es uno de los antioxidantes más efectivo que se conoce.
